Cerebral Palsy Family Network

SAM is responsible for the Cerebral Palsy Family Network. The idea began about 10 years ago when we were working for a national law firm based in Maryland. We interviewed several of the attorneys and their clients whose children had cerebral palsy. Working with the families, we began formulating the idea of an organization that could bring together all families, caregivers, health care professionals and community and national groups.

Today CPFN has:

  • A great Facebook presence—121,000 “likes” and sometimes over 1,000,000 likes to a single post
  • The largest online CP resource database, with entries in all 50 states
  • The launch of CPFamily Network TV
  • Recognition by the National Institutes of Health as an official group to represent children with cerebral palsy

We love how they continue to grow. Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary. Keep up the good work!
